Will you bill my insurance company for me?
Yes, we will handle all of the paperwork and billing for you. All we will need from you is your insurance company name, agent, and policy number in order to submit the claim on your behalf.
My insurance company told me I needed to use one of their “preferred vendors.” Is that true?
Minnesota state law gives you the right to use the auto glass company of your choice.
“Preferred vendor” is a term that most often equals “bottom dollar pricing.” Any shop can be a preferred vendor as long as they agree to the price required by the insurance company – regardless of the quality of materials or workmanship they provide.
My insurance company said that if I don’t use one of their preferred vendors, they will not guarantee the work.

We use the best available Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM quality glass and materials. This means that the glass is made by an OEM provider, versus an aftermarket manufacturer.
